Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bar01. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the bar01 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
1 Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following capitalised terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
- "bar01", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the internationally operated entity that owns and operates the bar01 gaming platform accessible at https://bar01.net and all associated subdomains and mobile applications.
- "Platform" refers to the bar01 website,
any associated mobile applications, APIs, and all gaming, wagering, and account-management services accessible through those channels.
- "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by an individual player upon successful completion of the bar01 registration process.
- "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bar01 Platform in any capacity.
- "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's bar01 Account at any given time, expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
- "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account as part of a bar01 promotional offer.
- "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total bet amount a Player must place using Bonus Funds before those funds — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process bar01 conducts in accordance with its anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
- "Restricted Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory in which accessing or using the bar01 Platform is prohibited by applicable local law.
- "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, in which all bar01 balances, transactions, and settlements are denominated.
2 Eligibility
Access to and use of the bar01 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that each of the following conditions is true and will remain true throughout your use of the Platform:
- You are an individual human being (not a corporation, trust, or automated agent) and are at least 21 years of age.
- You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. You acknowledge sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction.
- You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of bar01, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
- You are not registered as a self-excluded player on bar01 or on any other gaming platform operated by the same group, and no court order or regulatory decision prevents you from participating in gambling activities.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative for any third party.
- You have not previously had a bar01 Account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Age Verification: bar01 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. We reserve the right to request government-issued identity documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Any Account found to have been opened by an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited.
3 Account Registration
To access real-money gaming on bar01, you must complete the registration process and create a single Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:
- One Account Only. Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one Account — whether under the same or a different name, email address, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings forfeited.
- Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. bar01 is not liable for any losses arising from information you provide that is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
- Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. bar01 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep those credentials secure. You must notify bar01 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
- KYC Verification. bar01 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any other time we deem appropriate. Acceptable identity documents include a valid national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
- Contact Details. You must keep your registered email address and phone number current. bar01 will use these details to send important Account notifications, security alerts, and regulatory communications. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may affect your ability to receive time-sensitive information.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
bar01 supports fast IDR deposits and withdrawals via Indonesia's leading banks and e-wallet providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following conditions govern all financial transactions on the Platform:
- Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
- Funding Source. You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. bar01 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the associated funds returned.
- No Conversion Fees. bar01 does not apply currency conversion fees. All balances, bets, winnings, and settlements are denominated and processed exclusively in IDR.
- Processing Times. Deposit confirmation is typically immediate to five minutes during standard Indonesian banking hours. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes during WIB business hours, subject to applicable bank cut-off schedules and KYC status. bar01 is not responsible for delays attributable to the policies or technical systems of third-party payment providers.
- Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. bar01 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, irregular, or prohibited activity.
- Transaction Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in your Account cashier and may be updated by bar01 at any time with reasonable prior notice.
- Inactive Accounts. Accounts with a positive balance that have recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. bar01 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee, subject to applicable regulations, after notifying you at your registered email address.
Anti-Money Laundering: bar01 is committed to the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism. All transactions are monitored. Where suspicious activity is identified, bar01 may freeze an Account, withhold funds, and report the matter to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the Account holder.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
bar01 offers a variety of promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to key Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Nyepi. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion:
- Eligibility. Bonuses are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to verified Players with accounts in good standing.
- Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be turned over the number of times specified in the individual promotion before any withdrawal may be requested. Wagering Requirements must be met within the promotional validity period; uncompleted requirements will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
- One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time, unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Game Contributions. Different game types may contribute to Wagering Requirements at different rates. For example, slots may contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are published within each promotion's terms.
- Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated solely from Bonus Funds is capped at a multiple of the original bonus value. The applicable cap is stated in each individual promotion.
- Abuse Prevention. bar01 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings from any Player who, in bar01's reasonable judgment, has attempted to abuse the promotions system — including through the use of arbitrage strategies, matched betting techniques, or coordinated play across multiple Accounts.
- Modification and Withdrawal. bar01 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus balances at the time of a modification will be notified and given reasonable opportunity to meet existing Wagering Requirements under the original terms.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
All sports betting, live casino, slot, and other gaming activities on bar01 are governed by the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the relevant game or product section of the Platform:
- Finality of Results. The results of all games and sporting events are final once officially determined by bar01's systems or by the relevant governing body. bar01's determination of all game outcomes is final and binding in the event of any dispute.
- Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bets and wagers. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. bar01 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
- Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a software malfunction, display error, or any circumstances beyond bar01's reasonable control that affect the integrity of a game outcome, bar01 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. "Malfunction voids all pays" is a standard industry principle that applies across the bar01 Platform.
- Sportsbook Settlements. Sportsbook bets are settled based on the official result at the time the relevant sporting event concludes. bar01 follows the settlement rules of the relevant governing bodies — including FIFA, the FA, BRI Liga 1, the Badminton World Federation, and e-sports tournament organisers — for disputed match outcomes and postponed or abandoned events.
- Mix Parlay Rules. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for a full payout. If any selection in a mix parlay is void, the odds for that selection are replaced with 1.00 and the remaining selections remain active.
- Live Betting. bar01 offers live in-play betting on selected sports markets. bar01 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time at its sole discretion. Bets accepted before a suspension or closure of a market will be settled normally unless the event is subsequently declared void.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bar01 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access account functions, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Colluding with other Players or with bar01 employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform's software for personal gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error are not valid and will be voided.
- Laundering money or using the Platform to conduct or facilitate any illegal financial transaction.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or in any communication with bar01.
- Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of masking your true geographic location.
- Allowing, facilitating, or encouraging any person under 21 years of age to access or use your Account.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward bar01 staff or other Platform users.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on the bar01 Platform — including but not limited to the bar01 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bar01 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, or transmit any Platform content in any form or by any means without prior written consent from bar01.
- Use bar01's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any context without express written authorisation.
- Create derivative works based on any Platform content or game assets owned by bar01 or its third-party licensors.
Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is subject to their individual licensing agreements.
9 Privacy & Data
bar01 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Key points regarding how bar01 handles your data:
- Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.
- bar01 employs 256-bit TLS encryption across all Platform connections. Payment data is tokenised and is never stored in plain text on bar01's servers.
- bar01 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
- You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to bar01's legal data-retention obligations, by contacting [email protected].
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bar01 expressly excludes all warranties, conditions, and representations — whether express, implied, or statutory — in connection with the Platform and its content. In particular:
- bar01 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
- bar01 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
- bar01's total aggregate liability to any single Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits bar01's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by bar01's negligence.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that gambling involves a real risk of financial loss. bar01 is an entertainment platform, not an investment vehicle or income source. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose and to make use of bar01's responsible gaming tools if needed.
11 Suspension & Termination
bar01 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or financial institution.
- Detection of duplicate Accounts associated with the same individual.
- A Player-initiated self-exclusion request submitted through bar01's responsible gaming tools.
Upon closure of an Account for reasons not attributable to a breach by you, bar01 will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will not be returned upon Account closure.
You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting bar01 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within two business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will continue to be processed in accordance with standard procedures.
12 Amendments
bar01 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bar01 will notify registered Players by publishing the updated terms on this page and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to your registered email address or displaying an in-Platform alert.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the bar01 Platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 11.
bar01 encourages you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect your rights and obligations as a Player.
13 Governing Law
bar01 is an internationally operated online gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bar01 is incorporated and licensed.
You acknowledge and accept that online gambling regulation varies significantly by jurisdiction, and that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the bar01 Platform complies with the laws applicable in your country or territory of residence.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through bar01's customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body in bar01's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Nothing in this section prevents bar01 from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or operational integrity.
